Copier contract review

See what ASR can do better with your current copier deal.

Send us your latest copier bill, lease, contract, or another dealer’s quote. ASR will compare what you’re paying, what equipment and pages you’re getting, your service, and how much time is left—then show you an ASR option that accounts for your current agreement.

Send what you haveA bill, lease, contract, equipment list, or competing quote is enough to start.
ASR does the homeworkWe compare the payment, equipment, pages, service, and time remaining.
See your ASR optionWe’ll show you what ASR can improve and account for any current contract buyout.

What ASR compares

We look at the parts of your copier deal that actually matter.

You don’t need to know copier terminology. Send us what you have and we’ll break it down.

01

What you’re paying

Your current monthly payment, service charges, overage charges, and any other recurring copier costs we can identify.

02

What you’re getting

Your machines, included black and white and color pages, toner, service coverage, and how much time is left on the agreement.

03

What ASR can offer

We’ll build an ASR option around your actual needs. If your current contract still has time left, we’ll also account for the buyout when comparing the numbers.

What to send

Send whatever you already have.

  • Latest copier bill or invoice
  • Lease or rental agreement
  • Service or maintenance invoice
  • List of machines and locations
  • Another copier company’s quote
  • Buyout / payoff statement, if you have one

What do you want to improve?

Tell us what isn’t working with your current deal.

Maybe the payment is too high, the equipment is old, service is slow, your included pages no longer fit, or you simply want to know whether ASR can give you a better overall program. If you’re not sure, that’s okay too—we’ll review everything.

Send your current deal

Upload whatever shows what you have today.

Your latest bill, lease, contract, equipment list, buyout statement, or another dealer’s quote can all help. Don’t have everything? Send what you have and ASR can start from there.

Before uploading: redact bank account numbers, credit-card information, Social Security numbers, passwords, tax IDs, protected health information, or other sensitive personal data that ASR does not need for the copier review.

Accepted: PDF, DOC, DOCX, JPG, PNG. Maximum 5 MB. For multiple documents, combine them into one PDF or contact ASR for another submission method.

Security: Do not upload passwords, Social Security numbers, banking credentials, credit-card information, or other unnecessary sensitive personal information. Copier contracts, equipment schedules, service invoices, and related business documents are appropriate.

Important scope

This is a business and operational review—not legal or financial advice.

ASR’s review is informational and operational in nature. It does not replace advice from your attorney, accountant, tax professional, lender, or leasing company; it does not guarantee savings, a buyout, lease assumption, approval, or a specific replacement outcome. Final equipment, service, pricing, availability, financing, and responsibilities are confirmed only in ASR’s written proposal and applicable agreements.
