One flat rate, honored for the whole term
Equipment starts at $45, $75 or $125 a month — equipment only, no copies in it. Your volume, service, parts and genuine Kyocera toner are then written in on top as one fixed number that does not increase, ever. Prefer to own the machine, or keep the payment low and pay for pages as you print them? Both are on the table — there are five ways to do this and we will show you all of them.
Four ways to buy. You pick, not us.
Most dealers have one model and bend you into it. We would rather show you all four, tell you which one we would choose in your position, and let you decide. Every one of them is priced in the price builder.
Option 1
Lowest monthly payment
You lease the machine at the lowest payment we can write, then pay for the pages you actually print. Nothing is bundled that you might not use.
- Smallest monthly commitment of the four
- Equipment payment flat for the full term
- Delivery, network setup and training included
- Per-page rate set against your machine and volume, then fixed in writing
Best if your volume is low or genuinely unpredictable and you would rather not pay for a peak you rarely hit.
Price this optionOption 2
All-inclusive flat rate
One number covers the equipment, your monthly copy volume, service, parts and genuine Kyocera toner. Nothing else gets invoiced, and the number never moves.
- Your copy volume built into the payment
- No annual increases, for the life of the term
- Service, parts and genuine Kyocera toner
- One number to budget against, start to finish
Best if you want certainty and never want to think about the copier again.
Price this optionOption 3
Buy it, then a service plan
You purchase the machine outright — no lease, no credit application, no finance company — and put it on a fixed monthly plan so it stays running.
- You own the equipment from day one
- Three levels, set by the volume you actually print
- Everything inside your allowance covered — including toner
- Plan price fixed for the agreement, no annual uplift
- Purchase price quoted to your exact configuration
Best if you have the capital, want the asset on your books, and still want somebody accountable for the machine.
See the plansOption 4
Buy it, pay per use
You own the machine and there is no lease and no plan to choose. We service it and supply it, and beyond a small monthly minimum you pay for the pages you actually run.
- No equipment commitment and no plan to pick
- A small monthly minimum keeps the machine covered in a quiet month
- That rate covers toner, parts and labor — nothing else invoiced
- Automatic meter reads on networked machines
- Subject to an inspection of the machine first
- IT work beyond the machine from $250 + parts
Best if you own equipment you are happy with, print lightly, and only need the support behind it.
Ask about my machineWhichever option you pick, the rate is written into your agreement and ASR does not apply annual increases — at all, in any form. The one thing that can move your bill is overage: pages run beyond an agreed allowance are billed at the per-page rate set out in that agreement. We do not publish a single per-page number here, because the right one depends on your machine and your volume — yours is confirmed in writing before you sign anything.
Two ways to keep it running
Bought your equipment outright, or already own a machine you are happy with? You do not need a lease from us to be looked after. Pick whichever of these suits how you print — both cover everything: genuine Kyocera toner, parts and labor.
Pay only for what you print
Per page, and that rate covers everything — toner, parts and labor, nothing else invoiced. There is a small monthly minimum so the machine stays covered in a quiet month; beyond that you pay for the pages you actually run.
- No plan to choose and no leaseA small monthly minimum, then only what you print.
- Genuine Kyocera toner includedShipped when you ask, at no extra charge.
- Automatic meter readsOn networked machines, so billing matches reality.
Best if your volume swings month to month and you would rather not commit to an allowance.
Or take a membership
One fixed monthly fee and we cover everything inside your allowance — toner, parts, labor, the lot. At every level the pages you get are worth more than the fee you pay for them, so if you print steadily the membership is the cheaper of the two as well as the predictable one.
| Membership | Included every month | Price |
|---|---|---|
| Essential | 4,400 B&W + 660 color | $79/mo |
| Standard | 8,400 B&W + 1,260 color | $149/mo |
| Priority | 14,500 B&W + 2,180 color | $259/mo |
Pages beyond your allowance are billed at your own plan rate, not a penalty rate. Priority adds same-day response where possible and makes you eligible for a loaner.
| What is covered | Pay per page | Essential | Standard | Priority |

| Response target | Next available | Next available | Next business day | Same day where possible |

Which is cheaper? Roughly 3,000 black & white pages a month is the crossover — under that, pay per page; over it, a membership costs less and never surprises you. We will do that arithmetic with you rather than let you guess. Memberships cover equipment you own; machines on an ASR lease or rental already include service, parts and toner, so there is nothing extra to buy. All are subject to an inspection first, and IT work that is not machine-related is billed from $250 per visit plus parts.

What actually happens when you call us
Downtime is the only thing about a copier that really costs you money. Here is exactly how we handle it — including the part most dealers leave out.
FaceTime & video calls
Point a phone at the machine and we will walk your team through it live. A surprising number of faults — error codes, misfeeds, a setting somebody changed — are cleared in minutes this way instead of waiting on a van.
On-site service
If it needs hands on it, a technician comes out. Labor and replacement parts are covered on equipment under an ASR agreement — no per-visit charge, no parts invoice afterwards.
Loaner equipment
If we cannot fix your machine on site, or it is waiting on parts, current leased customers get a loaner so the office keeps running. Subject to availability and our discretion — but it is standard practice here, not a favor you have to negotiate.
IT, when it is not the copier
Sometimes the machine is fine and the problem is the network, a server or a workstation. That work is billed separately from $250 per visit plus parts. We diagnose first and tell you which side of the line you are on before anything billable starts.
The things people ask us first
Per-page billing is for businesses that are not ASR customers — you own your machine and want us to service it, so you pay on what you actually run. Once you lease from us, that volume gets written into your monthly payment instead and the per-page billing goes away. Your rate is set against your own machine and volume and confirmed in writing, which is why we do not post a single number here that would be wrong for most people.
Pages beyond your agreed allowance are billed at the per-page rate written into your agreement. We set the allowance with headroom so this is rare — it usually only comes up when the usage figure given to us at the start was lower than the real thing. If your volume shifts permanently because you hired, won a client or changed how you work, call us and we will re-size the agreement rather than let you quietly run over every month.
No. ASR does not do annual increases in any form. The rate written into your agreement is the rate for the full term — that is the whole point of how we sell. If you are currently on an agreement that goes up 10–20% a year, send it to us and we will show you what it costs you between now and the end of the term.
Anything related to the machine is covered. Anything that turns out to be IT rather than the copier — networking, servers, workstations, infrastructure upstream of the device — is billed from $250 per visit plus parts. We diagnose first and tell you which it is before any billable work starts.
For current leased customers, yes. If we cannot repair the machine on site, or it is waiting on parts, we will put a loaner in so you are not stopped. Availability and machine class are at our discretion, and it applies to equipment under an active ASR lease.
No. Your included volume is set by what you print, not by the length of the term. The term changes the monthly payment and how soon you refresh the equipment. We offer 36, 39, 48 and 63 months and will show you the payment at each.
Included. Service labor, replacement parts and genuine Kyocera toner are covered on equipment under an ASR agreement. Paper, staples and specialty media are not — those you buy yourself.
That is what the calculator is for. It shows what your volume costs on usage-based billing using our published rates. The exact monthly payment for an included-volume plan depends on the machine and term, so we confirm that in writing within one business day — no phone call required if you would rather not have one.
