Need a copier for three months, not five years?
Not every situation calls for a lease. We rent to new businesses finding their feet and short term to offices that need equipment for a defined stretch. Minimum term is four to six months, and everything — delivery, setup, service and toner — is included.
Six situations where renting beats signing
If you recognise yourself in one of these, a rental is probably the cheaper and less committing answer — and we will say so rather than push a lease at you.
New businesses
You just opened
You do not yet know what you print, and committing to a multi-year agreement on a guess is how businesses end up overpaying for four years. Rent now, learn your real volume, move to an included-volume lease when the numbers are real.
Temporary space
Swing or interim offices
Renovation, a lease gap, a satellite office standing up for a defined period. Equipment that arrives when the space opens and leaves when it closes.
Project sites
Construction & field offices
Trailers and site offices that need to print plans, permits and paperwork for the length of the job — then need the machine gone.
Events
Conferences & trade shows
On-site printing for registration desks, programs and last-minute handouts, for the run of the event.
Seasonal
Overflow & busy season
Tax season, enrollment, open enrollment, year-end. A second machine for the months you actually need one instead of one sitting idle the rest of the year.
Coverage
While yours is down
Waiting on a repair or a replacement and unable to stop working. A rental bridges the gap so the office keeps moving.
Two shapes, both with real starting numbers
Minimum rental term is four to six months. Below six months, availability and pricing depend on where you are — tell us the location and dates and we will confirm quickly.
Under 6 months
Short-term rental
A defined stretch with an end date — a project, an event, a temporary office, or covering a machine that is down.
- Delivery, placement and network setup included
- Service, parts and genuine Kyocera toner covered
- We collect it at the end and clear stored data
- No credit application, no lease company
Note availability under six months depends on your location — send the dates and we will confirm.
Request short-term pricingLonger commitment
Extended rental
Commit to a longer rental agreement and the monthly rate drops by half — with a copy allowance built in rather than metered from page one.
- Half the short-term monthly rate
- Monthly copy allowance included in the payment
- Service, parts and genuine Kyocera toner covered
- Rate fixed for the agreement — no annual increases
Best if you want equipment long term without a lease, a credit application or a finance company in the middle.
Request extended pricingStarting rates shown are for a standard configuration. The final number depends on the machine, the length of the rental and the volume you expect — we confirm it in writing before anything is delivered.
The machine is the easy part
Anyone can drop a copier off. What makes a rental actually work is everything around it — which is the same thing we do for our lease customers.
- Delivered and placedScheduled around your hours, positioned where the people using it actually sit.
- Set up on your networkDrivers deployed, scan to email and folder configured, print queues tested on real workstations.
- Service and parts coveredIf it jams, streaks or throws a code while you have it, that is ours to fix.
- Genuine Kyocera tonerYou should not be buying cartridges for a machine you are renting.
- Collected at the endWe take it away on the agreed date and wipe stored data from the device.
Renting vs. leasing
Rent when the need has an end date, when you would rather not run a credit application, or when you genuinely do not know your volume yet. From $500 a month short term, or $250 on a longer agreement.
Lease when the need is ongoing and your volume is steady. The monthly cost drops further, your copies get built into the payment, and you choose a term from 36, 39, 48 and 63 months. Subject to credit approval.
Not sure which you are? Say so on the form and we will tell you which one we would pick in your position.
Short-term rentals start at $500 a month plus a per-page charge on what you run; extended rental agreements start at $250 a month with copies included. Send us the dates and volume and you will have a firm number in writing.

What people ask before renting
Our minimum rental term is four to six months. Below six months we can often still help, but availability and pricing depend on where you are located — send us the dates and the address and we will confirm quickly. Short-term rentals start at $500 a month plus a per-page charge on what you run.
Yes. A rental is not a machine dropped at your door — it is delivered, set up on your network, and covered for service, parts and genuine Kyocera toner while you have it. You should not be sourcing cartridges for a machine you are renting.
An extended rental agreement runs from $250 a month with copies included — no credit application, no finance company, no lease on your books. A lease brings the monthly number down further and gives you term options of 36, 39, 48 and 63 months, but it does involve credit approval. If you are a newer business, or you simply do not want a lease, the rental is often the cleaner answer — and it can convert to a lease later once your volume is real rather than guessed.
Three things: when you need it, roughly how long for, and roughly what you will print each month. If you also know whether you need color or anything larger than legal size, that is enough for us to spec it properly.
Yes — delivery, placement, network setup and collection at the end are all part of it. We schedule around your hours rather than ours.
