Leasing for NY-headquartered organizations
If your organization is headquartered in New York with offices in other states, you get one agreement and one invoice from ASR. Installation and service in those states are coordinated through the Kyocera ITN dealer network, with ASR as your single point of contact.
Buy it outright — we ship nationwide
Any US company can buy a machine from ASR and have it shipped to them. Outright purchase is inquiry-only — no purchase prices are published. Get in touch and we’ll price it for you.
Outside NY, NJ and CT, installs and service are coordinated through ITN partner dealers — ASR remains your single point of contact. We do not claim a local ASR office or ASR’s own technicians in other states.

What does the monthly payment include?
Equipment, service, parts and toner, with copies included up to your monthly allowance — one flat payment that never increases during your term. Paper, staples and specialty media are not included.
How fast is service in New York City?
Our business-hours response target is 2–4 hours, from ASR’s own technicians. If your machine is down waiting on a part, we provide a loaner so your office keeps working. Loaner coverage applies to customers on an ASR service agreement: leased customers and service-plan customers on the $100/month base + per-page copies plan (B&W 1¢/page, color 7¢/page).
Can I rent instead of leasing?
Yes — rent from 1 month. Short-term rentals (under 6 months) are $500 a month plus copies at 1¢ per black & white page and 7¢ per color page. Long-term rentals (6 months or more) are $250 a month including 2,000 black & white copies a month.
Do you cover all five boroughs?
Yes — Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, the Bronx and Staten Island, plus Long Island, Westchester, New Jersey and Connecticut. For New York-headquartered organizations, nationwide coverage is coordinated through the Kyocera ITN network.
