ASR Office Solutions Corp.
Legal & Policies
These policies explain website use, online ordering, shipping and returns, and accessibility. Separate privacy practices are available in ASR's Privacy Policy.
Terms & Conditions
By using this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting a recommendation, uploading a document, or placing an online order, you agree to the applicable terms below. If a separate written ASR proposal, order confirmation, service agreement, lease, financing document, or other signed agreement applies, that written agreement controls in the event of a conflict.
Website information and proposals
Website content is provided for general business information and planning. Product specifications, compatibility, images, configuration examples, pricing, promotions, availability, delivery assumptions, service coverage, financing examples, and other commercial information may change and are subject to verification. Final equipment configuration, pricing, service obligations, delivery scope, and commercial terms are established only in a written ASR proposal, order confirmation, or executed agreement.
Online orders, payment authorization, and acceptance
By placing an online order, the customer represents that the customer is authorized to place the order and use the payment method provided, and authorizes ASR and its payment processor to charge the order total, applicable tax, and any shipping or handling charges disclosed at checkout. Payment is due at checkout and may be captured when the order is submitted. An automated confirmation, payment authorization, or charge does not by itself constitute final acceptance of the order.
Before fulfillment, ASR may verify product availability, compatibility, pricing, payment authorization, billing and delivery information, business identity, order quantity, fraud or security indicators, shipping eligibility, and other order details. ASR may place an order on hold, request additional verification, limit quantities, require a signature, refuse shipment to an unverifiable or high-risk destination, correct an obvious error, or cancel and refund an order that cannot reasonably be verified or fulfilled, subject to applicable law.
Declined, reversed, disputed, or unpaid payments
ASR will not knowingly ship an order when payment authorization has been declined. A declined payment may cause the order to be held or canceled until a valid payment method is provided. A pre-shipment declined authorization is not treated as a merchandise return and is not, by itself, subject to a restocking fee.
If a payment is later reversed, charged back, disputed in bad faith, or becomes uncollectible after merchandise has been shipped, delivered, specially procured, or otherwise committed to the order, the customer remains responsible for amounts lawfully due. To the extent permitted by law, ASR may suspend further orders and may seek reimbursement of reasonable third-party carrier, bank, chargeback, collection, or recovery costs actually incurred. Nothing in these terms limits a customer's lawful right to dispute an unauthorized or legitimately disputed transaction.
Leasing and financing
Any lease, rental, financing, monthly-payment example, or credit-based program is subject to final equipment configuration, credit approval, documentation, applicable lender or lessor terms, taxes, delivery requirements, and written acceptance. Website estimates are not credit approvals or binding financing commitments.
Service and contract review
Service coverage, response expectations, parts, labor, toner, meter allowances, exclusions, and geographic coverage are governed by the applicable written ASR agreement. Contract review information is provided for business-planning purposes only and is not legal, tax, accounting, or financial advice. ASR does not assume, modify, terminate, or guarantee the cancellation of a third-party agreement unless expressly stated in a written agreement signed by ASR.
Third-party products and trademarks
Product names, logos, trademarks, manufacturer specifications, and third-party materials belong to their respective owners. References to third-party brands are used for identification, compatibility, comparison, or informational purposes and do not transfer ownership of those rights to ASR.
Website, payment, and fraud security
ASR uses third-party website, commerce, form, communications, fraud-screening, and payment services as part of its online operations. No website, network, email, or transmission method can be guaranteed to be completely secure. Payment-card details should be entered only through the designated online checkout. Do not send credit-card numbers, bank-account credentials, Social Security numbers, passwords, authentication codes, or other unnecessary sensitive information through general contact forms, document-upload forms, live chat, or ordinary email.
ASR may use reasonable anti-fraud and order-verification measures, including billing or delivery-address verification, payment authorization results, order-history review, business/contact verification, signature requirements, quantity limits, or requests for additional information before releasing an order. ASR may decline, hold, or cancel an order that presents a reasonable fraud, security, payment, identity, delivery, or compliance concern.
Customers must not attempt to bypass website security, probe or test vulnerabilities without written authorization, introduce malicious code, interfere with website operation, use stolen or unauthorized payment information, impersonate another person or business, or use automated tools in a manner that materially disrupts the website or ordering system.
For payment-instruction security, customers should independently verify any unexpected request to change payment instructions, bank information, delivery instructions, or remittance details by calling ASR at the telephone number published on this website before sending funds or confidential information.
Applicable law
These website terms are intended to be interpreted under applicable law, including New York law where applicable. Nothing in these terms is intended to waive or limit rights or obligations that cannot legally be waived or limited.
Shipping & Returns
Payment and order processing
Online orders are charged at checkout through ASR's designated commerce and payment-processing system. Orders remain subject to payment approval, availability, fraud and security review, compatibility review where applicable, and delivery-address verification. ASR may hold or cancel an order that cannot be verified or fulfilled and will provide any refund required by applicable law.
Standard shipping
Where a product page states that free standard ground shipping is included, that offer applies only to accepted web orders and eligible contiguous U.S. delivery addresses, unless ASR confirms otherwise in writing. Expedited service, special handling, oversized shipments, remote destinations, Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, freight forwarding, reshipment, or other excluded destinations or services may require additional charges.
Order timing and availability
Product availability may change before fulfillment. Shipping or delivery dates are estimates unless ASR expressly confirms a guaranteed date in writing. If an online merchandise order cannot be shipped within the promised or legally required timeframe, ASR will provide any notice, cancellation option, or refund required by applicable law.
Delivery address, refused shipments, and carrier charges
The customer is responsible for providing a complete, accurate, and deliverable address, including company name, suite or unit, floor, loading-dock or access information, and a reachable delivery contact where relevant. Address changes requested after an order has entered fulfillment are not guaranteed.
If a shipment is delayed, redirected, corrected, refused, undeliverable, returned to sender, stored, re-delivered, or reshipped because of an incorrect or incomplete customer-supplied address, unavailable recipient, refused delivery, customer-requested change, or other circumstance not caused by ASR, the customer is responsible for the actual carrier, address-correction, intercept, storage, return-shipping, and re-delivery charges incurred. Merchandise returned to ASR for one of these customer-caused reasons may also be subject to the 20% restocking fee described below. ASR may deduct permitted charges from a refund otherwise due or require payment before reshipment.
Return window and authorization
Unless a product is defective, damaged in transit, shipped incorrectly by ASR, or subject to a different written policy, a return request for eligible standard-stock merchandise must be made within 15 calendar days after delivery. No merchandise may be returned without ASR return authorization and return instructions.
To qualify for a discretionary return, merchandise must generally be unused, unopened, complete, in its original manufacturer packaging, and in resalable condition with all labels, seals, accessories, manuals, and included materials intact. ASR may inspect returned merchandise before approving a refund.
20% restocking fee
Approved customer-initiated returns of eligible standard-stock merchandise are subject to a restocking fee equal to 20% of the merchandise price. The restocking fee may also apply to merchandise returned because the customer ordered the wrong item, changed its mind, refused delivery, supplied an incorrect or incomplete delivery address, failed to receive an otherwise properly shipped order, or requested cancellation after ASR has materially begun fulfillment or procurement.
The 20% restocking fee does not apply when ASR confirms that it shipped the wrong item, or when a return is approved because merchandise was damaged in transit or defective and the matter is handled under the applicable carrier or manufacturer process. ASR may waive or reduce a restocking fee in writing at its discretion.
Return shipping and non-refundable costs
Unless the return results from an ASR shipping error or an approved damage/defect claim, the customer is responsible for return shipping, insurance, packaging, and tracking. Original expedited shipping, special handling, address-correction, intercept, return-to-sender, storage, re-delivery, and similar carrier charges are non-refundable to the extent permitted by law.
Non-returnable and restricted-return items
Opened toner or other consumables, installed or used parts, maintenance items that have been opened or installed, special-order items, custom-configured items, clearance or final-sale items identified as such before purchase, software or license products, and merchandise that is damaged, incomplete, altered, or no longer resalable may be non-returnable except where required by applicable law or an applicable manufacturer warranty.
Damaged, defective, missing, or incorrect items
Inspect shipments promptly. If an item arrives visibly damaged, appears defective, is missing from the shipment, or does not match the accepted order, contact ASR as soon as reasonably possible, preferably within 5 business days of delivery, with the order information, packaging condition, carrier label, and photographs if available. Prompt notice helps preserve carrier and manufacturer claim rights. ASR will provide the appropriate next step, which may include carrier documentation, manufacturer warranty handling, replacement, return authorization, account credit, or refund as applicable.
Cancellations
Customers should request cancellation as soon as possible. ASR may cancel an unprocessed standard-stock order without a fee at its discretion. Once procurement, allocation, packaging, special ordering, carrier tender, or other material fulfillment activity has begun, a customer-requested cancellation may be treated as a return and may be subject to the 20% restocking fee plus any non-refundable third-party costs actually incurred.
Refunds
Approved refunds are generally issued to the original payment method after returned merchandise is received, inspected, and accepted. Any disclosed and permitted restocking fee, return-shipping amount, address-correction charge, carrier charge, or other non-refundable amount may be deducted from the refund. If ASR cancels an order because merchandise cannot be supplied, ASR will issue the refund required by applicable law.
Carrier delays and events outside ASR's control
ASR is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, manufacturer shortages, severe weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, governmental action, widespread technology or communications outages, or other events beyond ASR's reasonable control, except to the extent applicable law requires otherwise.
Accessibility
ASR Office Solutions is committed to making its website and online purchasing experience usable by customers with disabilities. ASR continues to review website content, navigation, forms, and purchasing workflows with accessibility in mind.
If you experience difficulty accessing any part of the website, using a form, reading product information, or completing a transaction, contact ASR and describe the page or feature causing difficulty. ASR will make reasonable efforts to provide the information or assistance through an alternative method.
