Service on your terms

What the ASR Care Plan is: $100 a month + 1¢ per black and white page and 7¢ per color page. That covers toner, parts, labor and supplies, the same 2–4 hour service response our lease customers get, and a loaner if your machine is ever waiting on a part. Month to month — 30 days' written notice to stop. Full details →

Renting instead? $250/mo on a 6- or 12-month term includes service, parts, toner and 2,000 B/W pages a month (overage 1¢ B/W · 7¢ color); month-to-month, $500/mo plus copies per page, 1-month minimum. Early return of a term rental re-bills at $500/mo.

Questions

Kyocera ECOSYS MA4500ifx — frequently asked

What is the meter on the pre-owned Kyocera ECOSYS MA4500ifx?

ASR has 2 units; total meters run from 5,466 to 18,476 pages. Pick the exact unit in the table above — the price follows the meter tier, and the meter you choose is the meter you get, confirmed on your quote.

What does the Kyocera ECOSYS MA4500ifx come with?

Point-by-point inspection, hard drive wiped, a full set of genuine Kyocera toner installed, a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty, and 2 free cases of paper at installation. Delivery, installation and network setup are $295 locally (stairs without an elevator +$150) or pick it up free at our Mineola showroom.

Can I rent the Kyocera ECOSYS MA4500ifx instead of buying it?

Yes. Commit to a 6- or 12-month term and it is $250 a month with service, parts, toner and 2,000 black and white pages included (overage 1¢ B/W, 7¢ color); month-to-month with no commitment is $500 a month plus copies. Return a term rental early and the months used re-bill at the month-to-month rate. Pre-owned machines are sold or rented — if you want a monthly payment on a long term, a new Kyocera lease is usually the better fit.

What toner does the Kyocera ECOSYS MA4500ifx take?

What happens after the 90-day warranty?

Add the ASR Care Plan: $100 a month plus 1¢ per black and white page and 7¢ per color page, covering toner, parts, labor and supplies with a 2–4 hour service response. Or keep it simple — service per visit and order toner from the website whenever you need it.
