Kyocera TASKalfa 3554ci — frequently asked
What is the meter on the pre-owned Kyocera TASKalfa 3554ci?
ASR has 8 units; total meters run from 106,911 to 166,641 pages. Pick the exact unit in the table above — the price follows the meter tier, and the meter you choose is the meter you get, confirmed on your quote.
What does the Kyocera TASKalfa 3554ci come with?
Point-by-point inspection, hard drive wiped, a full set of genuine Kyocera toner installed, a 90-day parts-and-labor warranty, and 2 free cases of paper at installation. Delivery, installation and network setup are $295 locally (stairs without an elevator +$150) or pick it up free at our Mineola showroom.
Can I rent the Kyocera TASKalfa 3554ci instead of buying it?
Yes. Commit to a 6- or 12-month term and it is $250 a month with service, parts, toner and 2,000 black and white pages included (overage 1¢ B/W, 7¢ color); month-to-month with no commitment is $500 a month plus copies. Return a term rental early and the months used re-bill at the month-to-month rate. Pre-owned machines are sold or rented — if you want a monthly payment on a long term, a new Kyocera lease is usually the better fit.
What toner does the Kyocera TASKalfa 3554ci take?
Genuine Kyocera TK-8377, TK-8377C, TK-8377K, TK-8377M, TK-8377Y. Every cartridge is listed on this page with its price and ships free from ASR in Mineola, NY — order by 3 PM ET and it ships the same day.
What happens after the 90-day warranty?
Add the ASR Care Plan: $100 a month plus 1¢ per black and white page and 7¢ per color page, covering toner, parts, labor and supplies with a 2–4 hour service response. Or keep it simple — service per visit and order toner from the website whenever you need it.
